Digital Assistance - case sensitive

As utterances added into Digital Assistant are case sensitive, if user does not use the exact case on certain prompts, desired results are not returned

For example, utterance is "Please show me the policy on annual leave", but user types the prompt "please show me the policy on annual leave", appropriate answer is not returned.

Is there a way to remove the case sensitivity on utterances, or are there any plans in a future release to remove case sensitivity?

If neither, I will raise on Ideas Labs.
