Absence History

Looking for a way to view the history of changes made to an employee's Absence entry—specifically when and how the dates were updated after initial submission.

Content:
For example, if an employee originally submits an Absence request for 6 days and it gets approved, but later they amend it to 3 days—how can I, as an Administrator, view the change history of that entry?

Is there a way to track these updates through the Transaction Console, BPM Worklist, or any other tool within Oracle HCM?
Is there a reporting option that captures these modifications?

I’ve explored these areas but haven’t found the detailed history I’m looking for.
