Customer Primary Address defaulting logic at the Party level

There is 1 customer which has 10 accounts. Each account has one site. For example:

Customer : X

Account1: US Account

Site1: US site

Account2: UK Account

Site2: UK site

Account3: IN Account

Site3: IN site

and so on.

What determines which of the 3 site addresses becomes the primary address of customer X that you see at the party level?

In the attached screenshot, you will see the primary address at the party level is defaulted as UK address, while I have 10 other sites defined for this customer. What is the logic behind choosing UK out of all the sites?
