Bill Management – Dashboard Not Displaying Transaction Data
Summary:
We have recently received the welcome email for Bill Management and completed the following steps:
1. Assigned the required roles to the Customer Contact/Bill Management User.
2. Created invoices and ran the Print Receivable Transactions job, verified whether the “Generate Bill” option was updated with Yes.
3. Ran the following jobs to update customer-related transaction data:
Update Receivable Transactions
Refresh Receivable Transactions
Process Receivable Transactions
Despite completing these steps, we are still unable to see any due amounts or transactional data in the Bill Management Dashboard.
