Summary:
The current Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) behavior in Oracle CX does not reflect the "Expired" status in the CX Asset screen unless both the Asset Status is set to Inactive and the Customer Asset End Date is in the past. This behavior is causing challenges in handling certain business scenarios

Current OOTB Behavior

  • Asset details are maintained in IBA, including:
    • Asset Status
    • Customer Asset End Date
  • These details are fetched into the CX Asset screen via the Synchronize Assets Job.
