Change the time zone touchpoints calendar invite

Summary:

We have managers and employees in multiple countries and time zones. Managers are noticing that when they create a meeting invite in Touchpoints that it is defaulting to our company time zone and not the one that they and their employees are in. Is there a way to allow the manager to select the timezone they are in when creating the invitation?
