Unable update sequence in progression rule

Hi Team,

As one of our customer raised a concern that they are not able update the sequence number in Redwood progression rule page. Could you please help us, is there any way to update the sequence number.

Nav: My client Groups→ Compensation → Grade step progression → Progression Rules

While adding grade it is not allowing to select sequence number.

after adding, there is no option to update/change sequence number
