A Report needs to be created with spider web graph based on the ratings provided by the participant

We do have requirement part of 360 Degree evaluation process, where a 360 Degree docuemnt will be created and this will be evaluated by the Line Manager and Participants as well. The Participants are categorized as Peers and Subordinates.

Based on the rating provided by the Line Manager, Peers and Subordinates, the sprided web graph needs to be showcased in a report.

Need to check whether developing a report by plotting a sprider web graph is feasible and if yes, kindly let us know how this can be achieved.
