BPEL_FAULT while approving a termination transaction

Hello everyone,
Within our Termination transaction we noticed an unexpected Error message: Error- Issue title- BPEL_FAULT
Although the process had already been completed and the data can be found correctly in the system, the status subsequently changes to this error (BPEL FAULT).
I was only able to find the following article in the CCC on this topic (BPEL_FAULT while approving goals transaction — Cloud Customer Connect), where the same error occurred in the area of a goals transaction, but this should have been resolved at the beginning of last year.
Is anyone else currently experiencing the same issues with Core HR 25B?
