BPEL_FAULT while approving goals transaction

Summary:

Hi Everyone,


Can you please help me in goal related transaction, as shown in screen shot below the transaction is approved

but it is showing as in progress.

And when I checked the transaction is showing as Error- Issue title- BPEL_FAULT

I did not find any related info in CCC discussion or any support document.

Can you please let me know what shall I do in this case.
