What are the best practices for transitioning to new SKU from OFS-->FFS + FFS queries
Summary:
We are planning to transition to a new SKU for one of our clients and have a few questions:
- Are there any guidelines, best practices, or key considerations we should be aware of during this transition?
- We currently use the HCM-to-OFS OOTB accelerator to sync employee data from HCM to OFS. Would this accelerator also be required in FFS?
- What is the retention period for activities in FFS? (In OFS, the maximum is 90 days.)
- Will there be any changes to OFS APIs in FFS?
- Will we be able to generate OFS-related reports in OTBI and BI Publisher?
