How do I change Defined Rate Frequency and Communicated Rate Frequency in the Standard Rate?
We have a requirement that for one of our standard rates, the Defined Rate Frequency and Communicated Rate Frequency is different from the Program's Basic Details.
When I create a Standard Rate, I do not have the option to update those two fields (screenshot below). The annual amount is required to show during enrollment and the value passed to payroll. In current state, the annual amount shows correctly in payroll as Defined amount is the value in the Value Passed to Payroll field however when an employee enrolls in benefits, the Communicated Amount seems to be defaulting to the Program's Basic Details (per pay period).
