Need to Access Province (Customer Site Address Attribute) in OM Orchestration Pause Rules

Hi Team,

We have a business requirement to create a pause rule in Oracle Fusion Order Management to hold invoicing until a receipt number is populated, but only for orders shipped to specific provinces in Spain.

Province is available in Customer Site Address, but is not accessible in DOO seeded orchestration context in Advanced Mode rule creation.

We want to know:

  1. How can we expose the Province field for orchestration pause rules?
  2. Is there a standard attribute mapping available, or do we need to use Manage Order Attributes to bring it from Ship-to Site to Order Header?
  3. Any Oracle-recommended best practices for using site-level attributes in orchestration rules?
