I am exploring the possibility of enabling multi-currency support within Oracle B2B Service Requests and Parts Orders.

The key requirements are:

  1. Users should be able to select the desired transaction currency at the time of creating a Service Request or Parts Order.
  2. Once the order is confirmed, it should seamlessly integrate with Oracle Order Management in the selected currency.
  3. All downstream processes—including fulfillment, invoicing, and billing—should be executed in the same currency.
  4. The objective is to provide a consistent multi-currency experience for customers across different regions.

Has anyone implemented a similar setup or can share insights on feasibility, prerequisites, and any potential configuration or customization involved?
