Is it feasible to enable multi-currency support in Oracle B2B Service Requests and Parts Orders
Hello Oracle Experts,
I am exploring the possibility of enabling multi-currency support within Oracle B2B Service Requests and Parts Orders.
The key requirements are:
- Users should be able to select the desired transaction currency at the time of creating a Service Request or Parts Order.
- Once the order is confirmed, it should seamlessly integrate with Oracle Order Management in the selected currency.
- All downstream processes—including fulfillment, invoicing, and billing—should be executed in the same currency.
- The objective is to provide a consistent multi-currency experience for customers across different regions.
Has anyone implemented a similar setup or can share insights on feasibility, prerequisites, and any potential configuration or customization involved?
