Redwood Time Card Change History Errors "We couldn't find any audited data for this time card"

Summary:

Log in as user to HCM
Me > Existing Time Card
or
My Client Groups > Time Management
Search for and Modify an existing time card
Change the hours, select a change reason, and save it.
Toolbar > Click … Change History
Save it
Click Details next to the change record
It shows:
We couldn't find any audited data for this time card.

The change history should provide detail information about the history of changes in the time card.


I logged a service request with Support. However, Oracle Support has not provided a solution to the issue.
