Create Maintenance Work Order is not available in Helpdesk RequestAgent Detail View

Have created and set the profile option SVC_NG_ENABLE_MAINTENANCE_HELPDESK to Site and User level to Y, however, the Create Maintenance Work Order section from Internal helpdesk agent detail view is not visible.

Followed exactly the guide - How You Manage Work Requests for an Asset, but it wasn't loading despite an installed base asset (created from an item) had been selected and define unto the work request.

I have also raised an SR but still waiting for the response. - 4-0000975442

Hoping I can get an immediate help/fix through this channel.
