The VIEW IMAGE button is not showing the PDF

Hi everyone,

We're experiencing an issue where the VIEW IMAGE button is not displaying the PDF as expected. We've tested this across different transaction classes (e.g., Debit Memo and Invoice), but the result remains the same.

We attempted both of the following solutions without success:

  • User Cannot View Images On The AR Transactions (Doc ID 2475148.1)
  • The VIEW IMAGE Button Is Not Showing The Invoice (Doc ID 2431849.1)

Please note that we're using only custom roles, so any solution involving core roles does not apply in our case.

This issue is occurring in the following navigation path: Receivables > Billing
