Customer wants the absences to accrue on the hiring date of the employee
Summary:
In the Absence Plan setup, the only delivered options available for "Accrue On" are - "End of repeating period" or "Start of repeating period"
and the repeating period is defined as a biweekly period as shown below -
However, customer wants that absence accrual should happen on the hiring date of employee (given the calculate accrual process is scheduled to run daily)
