India-Specific Absence Approval Escalation

Hi Team,

We have a customer-specific requirement related to the global Oracle HCM Absence Management implementation, which is currently live across few countries: Canada, UK, Colombia, and India.

The customer has requested a configuration change that applies only to India-based absence approvals. Specifically, they want the system to automatically escalate an absence approval request to the next-level manager (as per the system-defined hierarchy) if the current manager does not take action within 5 days. This escalation logic should be restricted to India and should not impact the global setup.

I would appreciate your help on this challenge.
