We are experiencing search issues in OTL, Benefits, Recruitment after 25C. All these are Redwood. It is very inconsistent. Same user will be able to query employees in morning and as the day progresses, the user is not able to query anything.

Benefits specialist will get this screen on trying to query employees thru Benefits activity center or thru My client groups⇒show more⇒beenfits summaryThey will get this error

some users will get this screen

Supervisor will not be able to query time cards using My Team ⇒ Team time cards
