Performance Document - Rounding of Calculated Overall Score Manager
Summary:
We have a requirement where the Calculated Overall Score of a Manager must be rounded to the nearest half.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
There are two sections, one for Goals and one for Competencies. Workers and Managers enter there scores and section weight is now 50% for both.
The Summary will show the average calculated score for worker and manager.
For the final result and registartion, the Calculated Overall Score of Manager is used, but we want this value to be rounded to the nearest half:
- 1.2 should be rounded to 1.0
- 1.25 should be rounded to 1.5
- 1.51 until 1.74 should become 1.5
