True-up amount is not reflecting at Subscription Product Billing Summary level for Commitments

We have the following commitment use case scenario -

Commitment Amount at Entitlement Plan - 200000

Commitment Period - Year

To track the commitments, product is associated with 2 different usage charges -

  1. One Usage Charge for monthly tracking
  2. Another Usage Charge to track commitments on yearly basis

We have created a subscription for this commitment scenario and loaded consumption data using Usage Events. After those consumptions are rated, we found that true-up amount is not reflecting at billing summary level. However, it is there in the Balance Register and the Usage Invoice PDF.
