Unable to release hold manually if workflow activity is in Started status
Summary:
Our Sales Order line is in Reserved "Started" status. Order line is in error at reservation activity as the available on-hand is less than available to reserve. When we are trying to release the hold from the order, it is giving us an error. Is there a way to release holds from order even if they are in error status.
Error: "You can't release the SSD Update Hold hold because order management is currently processing the order line. (FOM-4515575) Details: Try again in a few minutes."
