Summary:

Hello,

I have an accrual plan setup with a 12-month waiting period for enrollment. 
I have 10,000 employees enrolled in this plan, but the policy is currently changing, and it should be 9 months old 
instead of the 12 that is configured. What would be the correct way to configure this policy change?
