How can we change approval routing in Performance Process flow

Can anyone suggest how can we change approval routing in performance process flow. Currently the 1st approval flow in Performance process flow is routing to Manager, whereas as per our requirement, we want it to be routed to HR admin.

Please suggest how can we accomplish this?
