Enroute status becoming obsolete or problematic overnight

Summary:

  • Scenario: When an activity is in Pending or Started status and not completed on the same day, OFS allows it to be handled the next day due to the "Allow update activities and offline sync after overnight" setting (set to 999 hours).
  • Issue: This workaround does not work for activities in "Enroute" status. The technician is unable to proceed with the activity the next day if it was left in Enroute status overnight.
