We had to remove access to Feedback functionality from their end users because Oracle support confirmed that managers would be able to view feedback data not only for their current team members, but also for former members. The explanation was that the data security for Feedback is at the person level rather than at the assignment level. We were a bit surprised at this conclusion, since feedback relates to specific activities that a person undertakes in relation to their assignment which is therefore only relevant to those who have a stake in what the colleague does in relation to that
