Why does the Redwood performance flow change the meeting conversation to future tense?

edited Aug 22, 2025 9:28PM in Performance Management

Summary:

Our existing RUX performance process flow is employee submits performance review > manager rates and submits > locked for calibration > Calibration > Share and Release button becomes visible > Conversation held > Manager shares and releases > manager indicates meeting held (emphasis on "held" since the button is "Indicate Meeting Held" (past tense)) > employee acknowledges > performance review closes.

Now with Redwood, the flow expects a future-dated meeting after the ratings have been shared and released (see the screenshot below that changes everything to future tense). This means the employee sees their rating and all the comments before the manager can have the discussion—no good.

Howdy, Stranger!
