Allow second-level managers to update ratings in performance documents
We want to allow second-level managers to make changes in performance documents where first-level managers have already rated their employees.
the process is as following:
1- employees evaluate themselves
2- managers evaluate employees and submit the documents for approval to Performance admin
3- once approved or rejected second-level manager receives FYI
4- if approved manager shares performance document with employee.
Can we allow second level manager to not only review the performance documents but also make changes to the ratings?
