Performance document created twice
Summary:
Customer would like to create an Annual Review in October/ November where only managers will have access. Managers will enter ratings and comments for their team-members (Goals and Competencies) for calibration. The results will be reported and discussed in MT.
Somewhere during December/ January timeframe the same document should be assigned to workers so they can deliver their input.
During January/ February the review meeting is done where the results are discussed, shared with worker and worker gives final comments.
is there a way to perform this using one document?
