We need guidance on how to approach redwood adoption for goals and performance modules based on below client situation:
Both goals and performance are currently in responsive. Goals are using measurements. Goals and performance auto synchronization has been enabled. Transition is supposed to happen in Jan 2026. 2026 goal plan will be created in dec 2025 and 2025 performance document will be created in Nov 2025 (both in responsive).

Since measurements are supported only as tasks in redwood, client is looking to migrate measurements data in responsive to tasks in redwood. The in-progress goal and performance data needs to be available in redwood till March 2026. Please suggest if this is feasible. Also, what are the viable options for transition and the approach being suggested for other clients?
