Issue Description:
We are encountering a problem within the Talent Review module.
When attempting to add a facilitator to a Talent Review meeting, the system displays multiple records for the same user,
causing confusion and selection errors.

Request for Assistance:
We seek guidance on how to:

  • Properly manage and display unique user records during facilitator assignment.
  • Prevent duplicate or ambiguous entries from appearing in the selection list.
  • Ensure accurate identification of users in Talent Review meetings.

This issue is impacting our ability to configure Talent Review sessions effectively.
A prompt resolution or recommended configuration change would be greatly appreciated.
