Planned schedule is not working properly

Summary:

We are currently using Planned Schedules with Scheduler Profiles, where each profile is linked to HCM groups containing around 500 employees. However, we are experiencing major performance issues – it’s either taking a long time to load or not opening at all.

Since we are not planning to use Workforce Scheduling Profiles, could you please confirm if there are any alternate solutions or best practices available to improve performance while continuing with Planned Schedules? For example, whether reducing the group size, creating multiple scheduler profiles, or any configuration tuning would help in optimizing.
