Redwood Feedback Center – Error response during RestAction / Missing Privileges

We are facing issues when trying to use the Redwood Feedback Center in Oracle HCM.

When accessing the Redwood Feedback Center and trying to request or view feedback, users are receiving the following error messages:

  • “Error response during RestAction”

After setup adjustments and running the required processes (Import User and Role Application Security Data, Regenerate Data Security Grants), we continued testing. In VBS tests with Daisy, the notifications were triggered correctly. However, issues persist with privileges preventing access to some areas of the Feedback Center.
