Dear all,

We are changing the performance evaluation process based on business requirements. The first requirement is to remove the stars.

There are two possible approaches:

  1. Each KPI should be evaluated with a percentage value. A number will be entered into a new field, and based on which range it falls into in the rating model, the system will display the description (Does not meet, Below acceptable, Meets, Exceptional).
  2. If it is not possible to input percentages (due to system limitations), then only the descriptions should be selectable (without stars).
