How can we provide our own hierarchy for Compensation plan approvals
Summary:
Hi Community,
We are having different compensation plans like Bonus, Salary increase , etc.
As per the normal design, the plan approvals follows the Supervisor Hierarchy until CEO level.
Now, we are having a requirement where we need three levels of approval only and not Line Manager/ supervisor approvals.
The approval requirement is like this.
Person names are for example use:
Level 1 - Cathy (Approver 1 - HR Manager(does not have any direct reports)) > Level 2 - Max - Line manager of Cathy > Level 3 - James - Line manager of Max.
We tried the option of alternate approvers table inside the Comp plan > Approval and Notification setup > Alternate manager table.
