Hi,

The system is unable to identify the correct approver, and this issue is occurring only for Expense Report approvals.

From the diagnostic log:

exception.code: 30049  exception.type: ERROR  exception.name: Error in routing slip  exception.description: The task is assigned to an invalid user "invalid user" in realm jazn.com.  The routing slip is associated with task definition: default/FinExmWorkflowExpenseApprovalComposite!11.13.24.07.0/FinExmWorkflowExpenseApproval.

The approver is active in the system with the correct roles assigned. I am able to reassign the task to this user manually, but the system itself is unable to resolve them during workflow routing. Could you please help investigate this further?
