25C calendar scheduling logic changes? Scheduling problems

Summary:

Every update brings a new challenge, the calendar schedule is a mess.

With the 25C update, something seems to have changed in the calendar schedule calculation for work requirements.

a 6 monthly cycle Work Requirement that was correctly producing a work order on 1 December 2024 and then on 1 June 2025, has now suddenly produced a forecast for 1 October 2025 (instead of 1 December 2025).

No changes have been made to the work requirement.
