Customer is no longer delinquent, but strategy has not closed

We have run Scoring (along with all the other collections processes) and one customer still has an active strategy, but is no longer delinquent as they have paid all their old invoices.


He does have however one invoice that is in the current aging bucket.
The status has changed from Delinquent to Current, and we were expecting strategy to closed, but it is still active.

  1. Can you please confirm this is intended functionality? Will strategy progress, will it send any dunning (not sure for what, no invoices are delinquent)?
  2. If customer becomes delinquent again, will it restart strategy from where it left of?
