When using a Policy Agent how can we give access to different policies based on location to employee

Hi there,
If we want to deploy for example a Leave and Absence Policy Advisor - AI Agents for our employees how can we allow end users access to the right policy based on location?
As we may have a different policy in the UK, a different one in Ireland and a different one in Canada.
If there something in the template of the agent that we can change update code? Or we need to configure 3 different agents and for each of them we add a different policy and we map in the agent Security tab a different custom employee role (that has the right privileges to interact with the agent) corresponding to that respective Location?
