When we added the Life event on 1/1/2026 the options enrollment are not showing.
Summary:
Hi Expert,
We encountering changes in options of some employees when we adding the Life event on first of the year ( This is a Open Enrollment)
Example;
Employee has elect medical with Employee & Children Options on 9/1/2025
Then when we trying to add the Open Life Or Benefits administration Life Event on 1/1/2026, the Employee & Children are not displaying in enrollment.
Is this possible a data issue? and how we can identify the root cause why this employee is not eligible in Employee and Children Options.
Please note: We checked the People to cover his/her child record are still added on 1/1/2026
