Routing Run time showing as 'Waiting' for too long and not assigning activities to resources

Summary:

Hello All!

I'm trying routing feature in OFSC on a bucket with activities in pending status. After running the routing plan I can see the plan keeps running for too long and doesn't assign any activities to technicians.

Note: Technician routes are also activated on-time.

The same plan worked earlier and assigned activities perfectly. Not sure why this is not working now. also, there were no configuration changes made.

any suggestions how to resolve this?
