Redwood in Talent Review: Unable to Save or Submit the meeting

Hi Team,

We have enabled Redwood for the Talent Review functionality and activated the following 3 profile options:

  • ORA_HRR_TALENT_REVIEW_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_HRR_TALENT_REVIEW_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_HRR_REDWOOD_DASHBOARD_ENABLED

However, after creating a meeting, we are unable to submit or save and close it.

Initially, the "Save and Close" and "Submit" buttons are clickable, but once we click on them, they become greyed out and the page becomes unresponsive.
No error message is displayed: the page simply freezes.

Before enabling Redwood, the same role was able to create and complete a Talent Review without any issues.
