Absence Duration showing start and end time when hierarchy set to assignment hours
Summary:
We recently created a new Legal Entity A in TEST. Employees in A whenever they submit Absence under Absence Type PTO, the duration is being defaulted to 8 am to 5 PM.
We have existing employees under Legal Entity B and and when they submit Absence, the absence is being defaulted to 8 hours as expected.
There is no different done in the setup. Schedule hierarchy is set to Assignment Hours. Both employees from Legal Entity B and A have same assignment details. Why is this happening - can someone please advise?
