API to add Responsibility Type at Customer Account level in Receivables

Hi Team,

In Receivables, under the Customer Account Level → Communication tab, we need to add a Responsibility Type (e.g., DUNNING) at the customer account level.
Is there any SOAP or REST API available to create or update customer account contact responsibilities at this level?
