Issue while creating appointments for dock scheduling

Summary:

Hi team,

I've configured a location for dock scheduling, created different docks as well, while creating an appointment I am getting this error
"Shipment DOMAIN.WFLY_APT_006 tender status prevents appointment being scheduled" but if I refresh the workbench, the the appointments are visible
