Talent Ratings UI is showing as blank for the Manager Login.Not able to view the Performance Ratings

Hi Team,

Talent Ratings UI is showing as blank for the Manager while he/she tries to view for the reportee. Initially , We were able to view the performance ratings for a reportee in the Talent Ratings UI. But, Its showing as blank now. What could be the issue?
