Closing booking interval behaviour has changed

Summary:

Previously, we investigated how closing booking intervals affected the number of offered slots, noting that the relationship isn't straightforward.

Previously, the closing of booking intervals was dependent on both activity duration and travel time. For example, closing the 11:00 to 11:30 booking interval would prevent the 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30 time slots from being offered for an installation (which requires 90 minutes plus 30 minutes of travel time). For repairs, the 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30 time slots would not be offered. However, this behavior changed following the 25C August Update, a change for which no notification was found in the release notes.

Closing the 11 to 11:30 booking interval will prevent the following timelots from being offered:
