How to create a future-dated Performance Document.
Summary:
We have a requirement where a Probation document should be assigned to employees based on their hire dates, with one document assigned for each quarter as outlined below:
- Quarter 1: On the 10th day from the hire date (Days 1 to 90)
- Quarter 2: On the 100th day from the hire date (Days 91 to 180)
- Quarter 3: On the 190th day from the hire date (Days 181 to 270)
- Quarter 4: On the 280th day from the hire date (Days 271 to 360)
We have hired an employee who is eligible for the Quarter 1 document, and we have successfully created it. Now, for the same employee, we want to create the Quarter 2, Quarter 3, and Quarter 4 documents. We have already run the eligibility batch processes for the respective quarters based on the employee’s hire date. However, we are currently unable to create those documents.
