Is it possible to not assign an absence journey when an employee is terminated?
Summary:
We have a 'Return to Work' absence journey set up which is assigned when a sickness absence entry is entered that's more than 28 days long.
Once an end date is added, Fusion identifies the absence as longer than 28 days, and triggers the journey.
However, when an employee who has an ongoing sickness absence is terminated, this is still triggering the journey and sending a notification to the manager.
We have had an example of this recently where the employee had passed away, and the manager then got the Return to Work journey notification, so we would like to prevent this happening again.
